Opportunity:
A large, highly successful and dynamic international business, is seeking to attract an experienced Finance Manager.The role will you will be responsible for the preparation of financial records, cash management and preparation of statutory accounts. You will play leading month end, audit, and budget and forecasting.
Responsibilities will include:
·Manage financial month-end and year-end closing processes
·Manage monthly and year-end group reporting
·Oversee General Ledger, and Purchase Ledger functions
·Manage Treasury and banking-related tasks to meet deadlines
·Conduct monthly reviews of P&L and Balance Sheet
·Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
·Prepare and submit statutory accounts and legal requirements (VAT, Payroll, Corporation Tax)
·Monthly reporting of overheads and CAPEX
·Maintain and improve financial controls
·Liaise with external auditors and lead audit processes
·Manage tax related issues for the business
·Management and mentoring of small team with line management responsibility
Essential skills required:
·The candidate will be fully qualified – ACA, ACCA or CIMA
·Ideally the candidate will have a good working knowledge of SAP
·Advanced Excel
·Excellent communication and management skills
·Attention to detail & a high level of accuracy
·Excellent communication and presentation skills
