Responsibilities

* Prepare documents and reports using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Coordinate schedules and meetings, managing calendars effectively to optimise time management.
* Support team members with administrative tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.
* Utilise Google Workspace for document sharing and communication within the team.
Qualifications
* Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative processes.
* Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. .
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
* Previous clerical experience is preferred, demonstrating an ability to manage various administrative duties efficiently.
