Role: Senior Estimator
Location: London (Incredible Office Space – Incredible Views)
Salary: £100,000 - £120,000 + Bonus
We’re working with a market-leading Fit Out & Refurbishment specialist that has taken the industry by storm since COVID - doubling turnover to £120m in just a few years.
Off the back of this rapid growth, they’ve attracted some of the sector’s top talent and are now looking to add a Senior Estimator to their high-performing commercial team.
This is a standout opportunity to work on major cut & carve refurbishment and cat a/b fit out tenders (£20m+), with a clear path to leadership and the chance to build and run your own division as the business continues to scale.
The Role
* Lead the preparation of detailed and competitive tenders for large-scale commercial projects (£30m+)
* Take ownership of the full estimating process from initial enquiry through to submission
* Work closely with pre-construction, design, and commercial teams
* Analyse drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop accurate cost plans
* Manage subcontractor enquiries, pricing, and negotiations
* Identify value engineering opportunities and commercial risks
* Present and support bids with senior stakeholders and clients
* Report to the Preconstruction Director
About You
* Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within the fit-out and/or refurbishment sector
* Strong track record delivering large-scale commercial tenders (£10m+ ideally, £30m+ preferred)
* Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and market rates
* Commercially astute with strong analytical and negotiation skills
* Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
* Ambitious and motivated by progression opportunities
