Job Opportunity: Senior CS&A Technician
Location:Warrington (hybrid working, 3 days in the office)
Type:Initial 12 Month Contract
Are you an experienced Civil Structural Technician looking to take your career to the next level? One of our leading nuclear clients is seeking aSenior CS&A Technicianto join their dynamic design team on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to work on an interesting nuclear processing project based out of their design office in Birchwood Park, Warrington.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design Excellence:Develop innovative design solutions for complex projects, ensuring high standards and adherence to industry best practices.
* Project Leadership:Deliver nuclear design work, inspections, and construction site support for diverse clients.
* Collaboration:Work with multi-disciplinary teams to create integrated design solutions, promoting effective cooperation across all functions.
* Mentorship:Assist and mentor CS&A Apprentices and other Technicians, fostering their technical and professional growth.
* BIM Expertise:Apply and support BIM principles and processes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
* Health & Safety:Adhere to and promote health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* Education:HNC minimum in a relevant discipline or equivalent academic qualification.
* Experience:Extensive experience across the full lifecycle of design activities.
* Technical Skills:Proficiency in CAD tools and BIM processes, with excellent knowledge of Autodesk products (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
* Communication:Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with other disciplines.
Desirable:
* Professional Membership:Membership in a relevant institute or significant demonstrable experience.
