Process Improvement Lead

£40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience, plus excellent benefits
polkadotfrog is excited to be recruiting for a Process Improvement Lead to join a dynamic team driving performance and quality across a leading biofuels and distilled spirits operation. This is a hands-on, analytical role where science meets strategy, and your work directly impacts efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Conducting non-routine lab analysis of raw, in-process, and finished materials
* Interpreting and communicating results to cross-functional teams
* Supporting Lean manufacturing initiatives and troubleshooting plant processes
* Partnering with shift managers to apply tools like DMAIC, RCPS, and Loss & Waste analysis
* Maintaining and updating SOPs and test methods
* Promoting and adhering to high standards of Health & Safety

What We’re Looking For
1. Degree in Science, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (preferred)
