Health and Safety Manager – Groundworks – Oxfordshire
Our client is a growing groundworks contractor based in Oxfordshire. Well-established with a client base of blue-chip national housebuilders, they deliver residential groundworks packages in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, and Cambridgeshire. As part of a controlled expansion plan, they are recruiting an experienced Health and Safety Manager.
The role will be office-based in Oxfordshire with visits to sites as necessary. The Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for:
1. Site audits and reporting
2. Monitoring and tracking performance on site
3. Conducting inductions
4. Reviewing and monitoring RAMS and SHEQ procedures
5. Managing accreditations for the business
To be considered for the role, you’ll need a background and track record with a recognized civil engineering or groundworks contractor in a similar position.
