We are recruiting a Systems Officer to enhance Loughborough Sport’s Membership scheme. This role supports critical functions within the Strategic Insights & Solutions Team, aiding the delivery of this important program. Experience with leisure management systems like Legend by Xplor, Gladstone, or XN, and financial management systems such as Agresso, is desirable but not essential.
The role involves being the first point of contact for online membership queries, managing general inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and handling customer complaints related to membership services like gym, pool, and class bookings. The position demands skills in managing customer relations and resolving issues efficiently.
We value a 'customer success' approach, focusing on operational efficiencies in fee collection and debt management to improve customer experience and free up capacity for further problem-solving and relationship building.
