COMPANY DESCRIPTION:
The company is based in Coatbridge and specializes in commercial vehicle conversion to welfare vehicles. They also plyline vehicles, supply and fit auto electrical parts, towbars, roof bars, and work lights for commercial vehicle fleets.
Working hours will be 16-20 hours per week.
Pay rate at least the National Minimum Wage.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The company has a new opportunity for an Administration & Accounts Assistant to join their well-established automotive business.
Working alongside their experienced Office Manager, you will provide administration support to the business, gaining a wide range of valuable office-based skills and experience during your training program.
These include:
* Customer service skills
* Teamworking
* Telephone answering/message taking
* Scanning
* Photocopying
* Filing
* Use of Sage Line 50 Accounting system
* Sales invoicing
* Purchase ledger input
* Purchase orders
* Stock control
* Other general office administration duties as required
Essential criteria: Experience with Sage Line 50; Good communication skills; Positive attitude to learning; Good timekeeping; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Confident in speaking on the phone; Good organizational skills; Motivated and enthusiastic.
