Duties
* Conduct vehicle services, repairs, and diagnostics efficiently at customers’ homes or workplaces
* Provide high standards of technical advice, service, and maintenance
* Ensure all work complies with manufacturer standards and health and safety regulations
* Liaise effectively with customers and team members to deliver excellent customer satisfaction
* Keep detailed service records and report any vehicle issues promptly
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in automotive repair
* Proven experience as a Mobile Vehicle Technician/Mechanic or similar role
* Valid full UK driving licence
* Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics
* Customer‑focused attitude with a commitment to quality work
* Ability to work independently and efficiently in a mobile environment
