What We're Looking For Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) – essential Proven leadership experience in a nursery or early years setting A deep and confident understanding of the EYFS framework Excellent communication, team leadership, and organisational skills A nurturing, proactive approach with a genuine passion for early years education Ability to foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all children Why Join This Nursery?
