We are looking to recruit a Management Team Secretary to join the Management Team (MHLD&A) at Netherton House.
The Management Team Secretary will provide an efficient and effective support service, offering a comprehensive, confidential secretarial and administrative support across the entire remit of the Management Team.

Candidate Requirements
* Professional qualification such as HNC in Business Admin, Secretarial Studies, Public Administration, or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years in a secretarial role)
* Strong interpersonal skills in customer care
* Good organizational and planning abilities
* Understanding of procedures and processes
* Ability to prioritize and work independently under pressure
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT skills
* Maintain confidentiality, diplomacy, and discretion at all times
Desirable Skills
* Experience as a department or personal secretary
* Knowledge of general office procedures
* Familiarity with NHS systems and processes
* Flexible and effective team player
