What Youll Be Doing
A role designed for engineers who love variety, collaboration, and technical depth.
You will
Develop innovative mechanical designs for clean water and wastewater infrastructure
Produce high-quality drawings, reports, calculations, and schedules
Coordinate multidisciplinary designs and manage technical interfaces
Work closely with project managers, engineers, JV partners, and clients
Review bids, subcontractor designs, and provide on-site technical support
Mentor junior team members and help shape our future talent
Oversee budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure quality outcomes
What Youll Bring
Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
Experience in water, wastewater, or related industries
Knowledge of treatment processes, equipment selection, and design principles
Familiarity with CDM, procurement, and document control
Strong communication, teamwork, and digital skills
A proactive, adaptable, problem-solving mindset
Desirable Extras
Professional qualification (IEng / CEng MIMechE)
Leadership or mentoring experience
Passion for continuous improvement and progression
