Role Summary
A fantastic opportunity within the UK Export Contract Management Team for a motivated, experienced and driven contract manager who will lead and deliver a portfolio of UK export contracts.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the contract and commercial day-to-day interactions with international customers.
* Manage communications with MBDA and external industrial partners.
* Proactively anticipate and resolve issues and concerns to fulfil contractual commitments and obtain customer acceptance and payment.
* Ensure export contract schedule adherence and mitigate risks.
* Support Sales & Business Development in acquiring new business.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience as a Contract Manager, having led contract delivery in both bid and execution phases with an international client base.
* High degree of self‑motivation and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills with a confident leadership style.
* Experience in people management and leading internal/external stakeholder relationships.
* Experience preparing and authorising bid submissions; exposure as Business Bid Authority is an advantage.
* Proven interface with corporate functions: finance, customer support, export control, project management, quality, shipping, engineering.
* Willingness to undertake international travel and engage with diverse cultures.

* Salary: Circa £60,000 depending on experience.
* Company Bonus: up to 21% of base salary.
