Are you a BIM specialist who knows their way around a complex plant room better than your own living room? We are a leading Tier 1 contractor looking for a sharp M&E Revit Coordinator to join our dedicated team at our Head Office in East Croydon.
We don't just "draw"; we build. You will be the technical linchpin between design and delivery, ensuring our high-profile commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects are clash-free and ready for the site teams.
The Role
As our lead Revit voice in the office, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of mechanical and electrical services. This isn't just about software—it's about understanding how buildings breathe and function.
Model Management: Produce high-quality 3D M&E models using Revit.
Clash Detection: Lead the coordination process using Navisworks to identify and resolve spatial issues before they reach the site.
Technical Liaison: Work closely with Project Managers and Site Engineers to ensure the "as-built" matches the vision.
Standards: Maintain and champion BIM standards across all project stages (LOD
What You Bring
The M&E Edge: You must have a solid background in Mechanical & Electrical services. We need someone who understands pipework, ducting, and containment, not just someone who can use the software.
Software Mastery: Expert-level Revit and Navisworks Manage skills are non-negotiable.
