A vacancy exists for a full time Purchase Ledger Clerk in our busy Accounts department. Working within a small team and reporting to the Company Accountant, the role will be responsible for processing invoices accurately for weekly company payment runs, supplier reconciliations, resolving invoice disputes in a timely manner and ad hoc reporting. The ideal candidate will need to be self-motivated, with strong attention to detail, but also be a team player as they may be required to provide support to colleagues within the Finance function. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential and previous Purchase ledger experience would be essential.
