Salary: £31,500 Per Annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, all year round (Monday to Friday)

Your Role as Room Leader
As a Room Leader, you will:
* Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
* Support the holistic development of children—physically, intellectually, socially, and emotionally.
* Assist staff in maintaining high-quality updates on the EyLog system and children's learning journals.
* Lead by example, promoting respect and credibility in your role.
* Implement an effective key person approach to foster secure attachments in children.
* Maintain accurate records on the EyMan system and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
* Prioritize the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff member, parent, and visitor.
* Ensure adherence to the statutory framework for the EYFS.

What You Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification: Essential
* Over 1 year of experience in Early Years: Essential
* Over 6 months of experience in a senior position: Desirable
* Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations: Desirable
* Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS: Essential
* Fluency in written and spoken English: Essential
