About The Role You will join the JLL Global Workplace Change Management team for one of our top technology clients. The focus of your work will be the management of workplace change-related communications. This position requires you to work in the Central European time zone. Key Responsibilities You will work in partnership with the Global Workplace Change Management team, supporting change-related communications needs by providing the following: Build and maintain a comprehensive change communications and engagement library that contains templates and best practice examples for all the diverse types of change-related communications and engagements. Change managers write their own comms, using templates provided by this role. Ownership of approvals / governance for stakeholder groups outside the project Program resources to develop and deliver the change communications strategy, structure, tools, and templates for the clients Workplace Change Management Program and project-level engagements and communications. Create communication plans, planning of engagement events and any other requests that may require support of new initiatives that arise throughout each quarter. You will work closely with the clients Change Management leaders and JLL’s Change Management team. You will need to bring innovative ideas for creative communications and always be looking for opportunities to improve the way we communicate to drive successful change. Skills & Competencies Bachelor’s degree in related field or a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in communications (preferably workplace communications). Experience creating and managing communications templates and plans. Experience using multiple engagement and communications channels to communicate changes. Team player with ability to work in matrixed organization. Influencing and effective communication skills. Empathy and Active Listening qualities. Problem Solving expertise. Hands on knowledge of standard communications tools and techniques. Writing communications, digital platform expertise (e.g. SharePoint). Familiar with Microsoft O365 tool suite (including SharePoint).
