About the Role
'Getting Stuck In' is one of our key values, and we're looking for new Team Members who love doing just that!
Instead of working in one department, we're seeking team members to work across both our accommodation and leisure departments on resort to support our guests and provide them with a fantastic experience during their stay with Butlin's.
This role includes cleaning our accommodation and preparing rooms for arriving guests on Mondays and Fridays, as well as participating in sports activities such as football, archery, high ropes, and more, three days a week.
Previous experience in sports coaching is desirable but not essential. We value your 'can do' attitude, positive mindset, and engaging passion for making a difference to our guests.

Note: Our resorts are open during the week and on weekends, so flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
