CV Components is the CV division of Alliance Automotive Group, comprising over 30 branches providing commercial vehicle parts, tools & equipment to all segments of the automotive industry, including independent repair centres, national retailers, fast-fit chains, fleet operators, leasing companies, fleet maintenance companies, and emergency service fleets.
We are currently looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team.
As a Parts Advisor, you will be involved in all areas of the branch and its operation. Your main focus will be maintaining and expanding the local customer base.
Responsibilities Will Include But Not Limited To
* Taking orders over the telephone, upselling to increase invoice value.
* Outbound calling to raise customer awareness and achieve higher sales.
* Building long-term rapport with local customers.
* Actively promoting offers, discounts, and customer competitions.
* Limiting credits and returns by ordering and sending the right parts, first time.
To be successful in this role you will need to:
* Be punctual, organized, and efficient while working towards deadlines.
* Be proactive and enthusiastic when speaking with customers.
* Demonstrate empathy towards customers.
* Possess professional and excellent communication skills.
