Junior Account Executive - Shepperton, Middlesex
£22,600 plus benefits
We are recruiting for a technology-focused marketing agency who are looking for a Junior Account Executive to join their team based in Shepperton. As a Junior Account Executive, you will support their Account Managers and Directors in delivering marketing campaigns for their clients. You’ll be involved in a wide variety of projects from day one and will gain hands-on experience across all areas of agency work. Also, you need to commute to their office in Shepperton on a daily basis and this is a full-time permanent role.
You don’t need prior agency experience — you will learn quickly from being hands-on. What matters most is your proactiveness, attitude, curiosity, organisation, and willingness to learn. This is a fast-paced role where you will develop practical skills quickly and see your work go live with global brands. This is an entry-level role and they are more interested in potential than experience.
Your Responsibilities:
* Support Account Managers and Directors across multiple client projects
* Help coordinate campaigns, events, and marketing activities
* Assist with preparing timelines, presentations, and documents
* Liaise with suppliers, partners, and internal teams
* Help brief their studio on creative revisions
* Assist with event organisation, logistics, and registrations (using an online tool)
* Keep project information organised and up to date
* Learn how campaigns are planned, delivered, and evaluated
Essential qualities:

* Comfortable working with multiple tasks at once
* Interest in marketing, media, events, or technology
No prior agency experience required.
School leavers, college leavers, apprentices, and career starters are encouraged to apply.
You will develop practical, real-world skills quickly and build a strong foundation for progression to Account Executive and Account Manager roles. They actively promote from within. Successful Junior Account Executives typically progress to Account Executive within 12–18 months.
