An exciting opportunity for an experienced, detail-oriented Sales Progressor to manage property sales from offer to completion, ensuring clients receive outstanding service and communication throughout the process.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and proactive Property Sales Progressor who is dedicated to providing a first-class service to clients and supporting a dynamic sales team.
You will manage the sales pipeline from start to finish, keeping all parties informed, minimising delays, and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

* Managing the sales progression process from offer to completion
* Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and agents
* Providing regular updates to clients and colleagues on progress
* Ensuring all parties are aware of required timescales and actions
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the process
* Supporting the sales team with communication and administrative needs
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

* Proven experience in property sales progression
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Knowledge of the residential sales process
* Confidence when liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and agents
* Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
* Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator beneficial
