Atlas SEO is a digital marketing agency specializing in high-end link building and content production.

The company was founded in January 2020 and has experienced excellent growth since. We currently have over 40 people in our offices and are undergoing a major expansion.

As a fast-growing and relatively young company, we seek individuals with drive who are interested in advancing within a company that offers new opportunities regularly.

The Operations team's responsibility is to ensure the smooth running of our offices, improve company procedures, and manage day-to-day operations. Reporting to the Director of IT Infrastructure and Operations, the Office Coordinator plays a key role in creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment, ensuring high effectiveness, communication, and safety.

* Oversee all aspects of building management, including maintenance, lift management, cleaning, catering, and security services.
* Collaborate with the IT Security Team to ensure a safe environment for employees and external guests.
* Manage office signage and coordinate office moves, refurbishments, and updating of floor plans, including furniture ordering.
* Coordinate logistics between company offices and remote users.
* Assist in onboarding processes, coordinating with IT and HR departments.
* Liaise with facility management vendors and oversee purchasing of cleaning materials, catering, stationery, and other services.
* Manage contracts and negotiate prices with office vendors, service providers, office leases, and parking facilities.
* Provide support to visitors and guide them through registration processes.
* Plan in-house or company-wide events, parties, celebrations, and all-hands meetings.
* Coordinate travel requests and transportation requirements.
* Assist HR functions and ensure health and safety guidelines are up to date.
* Create and distribute company-wide communication materials and key messages for employees.
* Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Possess strong organizational and planning skills, especially in a fast-paced environment.
* Maintain impeccable attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Be committed to providing ongoing service excellence, constantly seeking improvement.
* Proficiency in GSuite, Slack, and other standard tools such as MS Office.
* Be a quick learner, able to adapt rapidly to a dynamic business environment.
* Possess a creative mindset with the ability to suggest improvements.
* Be a positive team player with a proactive attitude.
