Deputy Manager – Supported Living | Surrey Location: Surrey, UK Job Type: Permanent | Full-time | Onsite Sector: Health & Social Care We’re seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our supported living team in Surrey. You’ll assist the Service Manager in leading a compassionate staff team, ensuring excellent, person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs. Key Responsibilities: * Support daily service operations and maintain CQC compliance. * Lead, supervise, and develop care staff. * Manage rotas, care plans, medication, and health & safety. * Ensure accurate documentation and effective communication. * Act as service lead in the Manager’s absence. Requirements: * 2 years’ experience in care or supported living. * NVQ Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care (Level 4 desirable). * Strong leadership, communication, and IT skills. * Knowledge of MCA 2005 and Care Act 2014. * Valid UK driving licence and flexibility for shifts/weekends.
