A leading multisite leisure business is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead UK finance operations across their UK estate.
This is a high-impact role partnering with operational leadership to drive performance, strengthen financial controls, and deliver fast, insight-led reporting within a dynamic international group.
Responsibilities:
* Performance analysis (revenue, labour, margins, utilisation)
* Business partnering with UK leadership teams
* Monthly reporting (IFRS) & group consolidation support (US GAAP exposure)
* Budgeting, forecasting & financial planning
* Full ownership of accounting, controls & compliance
* Leadership of a small finance team
* Systems & process improvement (ERP/POS environment)
Candidate Profile
* ACA/ACCA qualified
* Strong background in multisite retail, leisure or hospitality
* Commercially minded with strong technical accounting skills
* Confident communicator with proven leadership ability
* Experience with ERP systems
