Electrical Maintenance EngineerSalary: £43,900 per annumLocation: CorwenHours: Monday to Friday - 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm (Rotating)gap technical is proud to be partnering with a leading National Food Manufacturing business in their search for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their Corwen facility.Key Responsibilities:Provide critical support to the manufacturing process by effectively responding to equipment breakdowns and conducting scheduled maintenance tasks.Take a proactive approach to correcting and preventing recurring machine faults, ensuring optimal performance.Respond swiftly to breakdowns, maintaining a high level of focus within your designated production area.Conduct efficient fault finding by utilizing machine documentation and historical data.Build and maintain positive working relationships with operational staff, promoting teamwork and flexibility.Train operational team members to perform minor maintenance tasks and assist with major repairs as needed.Maintain and repair machinery to the highest standards, ensuring reliable and safe operation.Proactively minimize engineering downtime and support continuous process improvements.Person Specification:Ideally, you will have completed a time-served engineering apprenticeship.Experience in Food, FMCG, or Packaging Manufacturing is advantageous but not essential.Qualified Electricians looking to transition into manufacturing are encouraged to apply.Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills are essential.Electrical bias preferred.How to Apply:Click the 'Apply Now' button and upload your CV.About Us:gap technical is committed to attracting, recruiting, and developing the best talent.
