Workshop Manager Full Time Permanent Oxford Salary is dependent on experience We are currently recruiting for an experienced Workshop Manager to join our client based in Oxford. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate workshop activities and schedules * Lead and motivate a team of technicians * Ensure high-quality standards on all maintenance, repairs and installations * Maintain health & safety and compliance with industry regulations * Manage stock levels, tools, and workshop resources * Provide technical support and advice to both staff and customers * Liaise with the sales and service teams to coordinate pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) Qualifications and Skills: * Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a workshop environment * Strong technical knowledge of caravans and motorhomes (or transferable experience from automotive, marine, or similar sectors) * Excellent organisational and leadership skills * A customer-first mindset with great communication skills * Understanding of NCC standards and servicing procedures (preferred) * Full UK driving licence Benefits: * Company pension * Employee discount By applying for this role you give permission for Purely Recruitment to submit your personal information contained within your CV or any other relevant information provided in order for the prospective employer to review ...
