THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to: Senior Off Trade National Account Manager
Key internal relationships: Off Trade NAM, Off Trade NAE, Supply Operations, Internship team, Student Ambassadors
Key external relationships: Store Teams, Demand Planners, Ranging Analysts, Supply Managers
Key responsibilities:
1. Driving store level sales - you will be leading JUBEL retail relationships at store level, spending large portions of time in store, working to ensure we can deliver best-in-class in-store execution and drive the topline. You will identify opportunities and engage key stakeholders at store level to drive improvements, increasing rate of sale across the Off Trade week on week.
2. On shelf availability, visibility & consistency - you will be responsible for optimising how JUBEL shows up in the retail landscape, you will make sure that we are always available, always visible and always standing out to customers who are shopping the beer fixture. You’ll need to leverage and collaborate with your network of store level contacts and supply chain contacts to ensure the best possible results for JUBEL in store.
3. In-store strategy - you will become the expert in specific customer nuances & complexities in Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose stores, to ensure we are speaking retailer language and collaborating with the right approach to deliver best-in-class execution.
4. Ambassador team management - you will take a leading role in how our store strategy is rolled out across the wider team, including management of our Summer Internship team and launch of Student Brand Ambassadors programme. You will be responsible for setting clear retail briefs and organising store visits across the team to ensure we are focusing on the biggest opportunities.
5. Performance analysis - you will be responsible for interpreting retailer EPOS data and reporting on store-level performance. You will build tools to give a clear understanding of how we’re tracking, inform focus areas internally and ensure that we have the information necessary to leverage improvements at store level.

Qualification: degree, preferably in relevant area such as business, marketing or management

Knowledge & Experience
* Preferably FMCG/Grocery experience, with field sales experience a strong plus
* Excellent relationship builder internally and externally
* Ability to use Google Sheets & MS Excel proficiently
* Ability to interpret & present data visually to deliver a compelling message
* Preferably experience working with retail stores

OTHER DETAILS
Start date: as soon as possible
Location: Field Based, London (some time in office will be required)
Salary banding: £30,000-£33,000
Travel: Zones 1-4 London Travelcard

Hours: full-time, flexibility will be essential as occasionally you will be required to work some evenings and weekends
