Person Specification:
* Maths Graduate Unqualified Teacher must have a 2:1 or higher in Mathematics or STEM-related degree.
* Hold a strong desire or interest in becoming a teacher in the future.
* A passion for Physics and sharing that enthusiasm with younger learners.
* Experience tutoring or mentoring is desired but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills and the drive to build confidence in the classroom.
* Confident character with natural enthusiasm and an engaging personality.

This role is a launchpad into teaching. After your initial year, you can join the school’s in-house teacher training programme, fully salaried, to earn QTS in just one year, with ongoing mentorship.
