We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our friendly team in Nuneatonat our Packed Products plant.Within this role you will be supervising the day-to-day site activities ensuring; the safety of everyone on site, labour resources are maximised to fulfil production & delivery requirements, and all management systems are adhered to. Main Responsibilities Within the role of Site Supervisoryour day to day responsibilities will include: Coordinatingthe weekly production schedule to comply with S&OP production targets Troubleshooting plant issues and identifying areas for improvement Assisting with site maintenance Monitoring the production processes and adjust schedules as needed to account for peak and reduced demand periods Supervising production employees to ensure they are aware of, and comply with, all company policies and procedures, meet performance levels, and undertake training as required Conduct regular reviews with the site team The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate for the role of Site Supervisorwill have experience in a similar role as well as experience of: Production personnel supervision Manufacturing processes Continuous improvement processes Multi production line supervision Production systems Relevant product and/or technical knowledge Health and Safety Plant maintenance Accuracy and attention to detail Continuous Improvement People supervision experienceThe role is based at our Nuneaton Packed Products Site located in Warwickshire. The site is easily accessible from Burton upon Trent, Derby, Castle Donnington, Loughborough, Coalville, Melton Mowbray, Leicester, Lutterworth, Rugby, Coventry, Solihull, Market Harborough, Kettering, Northampton, Wellingborough, Banbury and the surrounding areas.
