This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring individual who takes pride in providing the highest quality childcare and education for babies and children under the age of two. As an experienced Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in creating a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment where children can learn through play, explore the world around them, and develop essential early skills. You will be responsible for planning and delivering fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence. You will also build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers, working closely with them to ensure that every child’s individual needs and developmental goals are met. Excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine love for working with young children are essential for this position. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and confident working both independently and as part of a team. You should be proactive, well-organised, and able to adapt quickly to the needs of the nursery day.
