Job Description Maintain effective administration for the day-to-day operation of the apprentice training programmes and training centre Support training centre reception duties and delegate satisfaction by offering guidance Encourage a supportive learning environment within the training centre, encouraging positive behaviours from all delegates and staff Liaising with Servace and clients in relation to the bookings of learner webinars, learner and staff hotel accommodation / requirements Support with planning and organising adhoc events and team meetings Support with planning and organising the training centre utilising ScheduleIT Data / administration input to cover learner starts, reviews, health & safety reports, functional skills and learner support funding, achievers, early leavers, certification into the LMS Support any data or systems related activities necessary for the maintenance of Government funded contracts Offer learner support when required and ensure all actions support learner safeguarding Supporting with client/programme requests as well as offering accurate advice on Levy and Non-Levy Contracts Support compliance by following process and accuracy in all work and data entry Produce reports where required Supporting with day to day requests from the operational team and any other Bosch Leaders.
