* Mixing, shaping and baking a variety of breads, buns, viennoiserie, pastries and sandwiches to the highest standard.
* Working with other bakers on new recipe development.
* Sourdough starter management.
* Ordering and stock management.
* Maintaining a clean and ordered bakery and kitchen.
