Senior Library Assistant - Accessible Digital Content & Resources Lists
Library Services are seeking a new member of our content team.
You will be part of our friendly and committed team providing essential access to resources for students and staff, working directly with our Resource List and Acquisitions systems. You will also play a key role in the delivery of our Accessible Formats service, ensuring provision of accessible formats for students and supporting service development, and working with the University’s Disability and Dyslexia Service.
You will be responsible for prioritising and managing a variety of tasks while following through problems to successful solutions, from selecting appropriate resources, to solving Resource List access issues and creating accessible documents. We are looking for a candidate who is adaptable, able to work effectively with online systems, and proactive about building relationships, collaborative working with a commitment to customer service.

Library Services operates out of The Hive, a ground-breaking, fully integrated academic and public library, run in partnership with Worcestershire County Council, which provides services to all members of the University and community.

From 1st July 2025, the salary range for this role will increase to £24,193 - £25,733, with the opportunity to progress to £26,942 subject to performance and the university reward scheme.
