The Willow Group is seeking an innovative Clinical Lead to drive primary care, integrated neighbourhood teams, and modern general practice initiatives. The post holder will provide senior clinical leadership, ensuring high-quality care and working with the practice's senior leadership to develop the vision for Primary Care Services within the HIOW Trust.
The Clinical Lead will demonstrate effective leadership, leading by example, and undertake training to enhance leadership skills as agreed with the Clinical Director. They will support continuous quality improvement and represent the practice at senior forums, such as at ICB level.
Responsibilities include overseeing issues affecting the patient population, developing clinical focus areas like disease management and vulnerable groups, and maintaining or improving systems for safe and effective practice. The role requires an experienced GP with broad primary care knowledge in the UK, working up to six sessions per week delivering clinical care across Willow Group sites.
