Our client is a high-growth fintech redefining how businesses handle payments. Backed by over £100m in recent funding from tier-one investors, they are scaling rapidly across the UK and targeting mid-market and enterprise merchants.
They a modern AI platform that blends payments capability with intelligent data to help businesses lower transaction costs and improve conversion. By optimising performance across the checkout journey, they enable merchants to drive revenue while delivering a better customer experience.
With strong early traction, the business is now investing in its commercial team to support continued growth.
The role
This is a high-impact outbound sales position focused on winning and scaling mid-market and enterprise accounts.
You will:
• Own outbound pipeline generation across merchants (£5m–£250m+ turnover)
• Run full sales cycles from prospecting through to close
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals and build internal champions
• Deliver consultative, value-led sales focused on cost reduction and revenue growth
• Collaborate closely with product and leadership on GTM strategy
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
What they’re looking for
• 3-4+ B2B sales track record in payments
• 7+ total years of sales experience
• Strong understanding of merchant challenges and payment economics
• Ability to manage longer, multi-threaded sales cycles
• Commercially sharp, able to articulate ROI and business impact
• Familiarity with MEDDICC or similar methodologies is a plus
