Overview
A place to drive change. Location: Bradford, Hybrid, 2-3 days in the office. Salary: £54,628 per annum. Permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm.
We’re on a journey of transformation, providing families with affordable, sustainable and safe homes. We’re innovating for our customers and to create a thriving workspace that supports everyone. We’re a team of passionate, dedicated people, working to drive change for the better. If you’re looking for a career where you can be part of change, share your ideas and help us transform, there’s never been a more exciting time to join us and shape our future.
About the role
We’re undergoing a digital transformation which involves simplifying a heavily customised legacy system and incrementally moving modules to the cloud in the form of a SAAS product and web-based solution in Azure PAAS. The goal is to deliver engaging, innovative systems for colleagues and residents, and we’re looking for a Senior Software Developer to help us on that journey.
In this role, you’ll act as a technical expert across a mix of in‑house and partner developers, design scalable digital solutions, and drive our move from legacy systems to modern cloud‑native solutions. You’ll help shape architecture, uphold engineering best practice, support the change lifecycle, and ensure customer needs stay at the heart of everything we deliver.
You’ll also deputise for the Software Development Manager, mentor junior developers, and work closely with stakeholders to co‑design user‑focused solutions that make a real difference. Join a values‑driven organisation where you can shape a major transformation and deliver real impact.
