If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales, this role may be ideal for you! It involves contacting new businesses through leads and lapsed customers to generate appointments for the external technical sales teams, as well as completing internal sales duties such as processing sales orders and maximizing all orders.
Our client is a global company that manufactures and provides services supporting their customers' technical products. They hold large-scale contracts within sectors like Government, Education, Healthcare, and the public sector, among others. They are seeking a proactive person to join a successful team to support the selling of products that meet clients' project needs.
Duties will include
1. Making daily calls to prospects to build and manage a lead pipeline.
2. Prospecting via cold calling, emailing, and social media networking.
3. Qualifying all sales leads based on specific criteria.
4. Researching target accounts and identifying key contacts for prospecting.
5. Providing weekly and monthly activity reports to management.
6. Entering and updating CRM with lead status and progress.
7. Assisting the Internal Sales Coordinator with order entry as required.
Skills and Experience
1. Minimum of 2 years sales experience in telesales or lead generation preferred.
2. Ability to learn, understand, and promote technical products and software.
3. Excellent communication skills in speaking, writing, and listening.
4. Ability to work independently.
5. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM software.
6. Solid understanding of social media platforms.
Working Hours
* 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, full-time.
