Driver Hire is proud to be working in partnership with a leading logistics company that specialises in delivering refrigerated goods to organisations across the UK, playing a vital role in keeping the food industry moving. As demand continues to grow, we are supporting their need for reliable and professional drivers. We are currently looking to speak with experienced Class 2 HGV drivers who are interested in ongoing opportunities. 🔹 Key Details:
1. Start times between 03:00 and 10:00
2. Refrigerated vehicle work – minimal handball involved
3. Ongoing, regular work available
4. Expect 50+ hours per week (booked for a full week)
5. Average 13-hour days, with 15-hour days regular
6. Competitive pay rates
7. Immediate starts for the right candidate
8. Planned nights out & occasional unplanned nights due to traffic or road closures
🔸 Requirements:
9. Valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence
10. CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
11. Minimum 6 months’ recent HGV experience preferred
12. No more than 6 points on licence (no DD, DR, or IN offences)
