The Role
We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Business Analyst / Client Operations Analyst to join our Belfast office and take ownership of our operational processes. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with major financial institutions, combining data analysis expertise with meaningful client relationships. You’ll play a key role in executing our monthly reporting cycles, validating data accuracy across multiple sources, supporting client implementations, and identifying strategic opportunities for cost optimization.
This role offers significant exposure to enterprise financial services operations and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on client success. If you’re organized, process‑driven, have strong Python and SQL skills, and are eager to support high‑value client relationships in a fast‑paced environment, this role is for you.
Ideal Candidate Background
* Data Analyst with SQL and Python/pandas experience in financial services
* Operations Analyst from FinTech or SaaS companies with data validation and client exposure
* Junior Business Intelligence Analyst with experience in data reconciliation and quality assurance
