As the Engineering Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and placing engineering professionals in temporary roles across a variety of industries. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from client engagement to candidate placement.Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the engineering sector, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract top engineering talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and suitability for temporary engineering positions.Placement Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job briefings, candidate submission, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.Compliance and Administration: Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies, including Right to Work checks, GDPR regulations, and client-specific requirements.
