Our client is expanding their studio, driven by an increasing workload across the Residential and Commercial sectors. Currently, the team comprises around 12 members, with plans to grow significantly in the coming year. This is a dynamic environment where your skills and experience will be highly valued. The practice boasts a diverse portfolio, ranging from luxury domestic schemes to hotels and medium/high-rise student accommodation buildings. With several exciting new projects recently commissioned, the team is seeking additional support to meet the growing demand. Architects in this practice run projects autonomously, though support from senior colleagues is always available. Independence and self-motivation are key attributes for this role. We are looking for the Architect to meet the following criteria: - ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect - A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience. - Ambition and a drive to advance, potentially towards a Senior or Associate Architect role. - Versatility in handling high-quality design tasks, with the confidence to attend site meetings and liaise directly with clients. - Specialisation in Residential and Commercial projects, with a proven portfolio in housing, hotels, and student accommodation schemes. - Proficiency in various software programmes, with a preference for REVIT and AutoCAD. This role offers a competitive salary in the region of £38,000-£45,000, with potential for more based on the candidate's experience and demonstrated qualities.
