* Salary: £13.72 per hour + on-target bonus of 15%, paid monthly based on store performance.
* Benefits: up to 31 days off plus 2 bank holidays, discounts, vouchers, pension plan and more.
Working Hours
24 hours across 4 days per week, including weekends on a rotation basis.
Job Description
As a Retail Customer Advisor at Three UK, you will play a crucial role in understanding and meeting each customer's unique needs as they enter your store. Your dedication to customer service and your knowledge of our cutting‑edge products and services will help us achieve unparalleled standards across Three while hitting sales targets together as a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Engagement: Enhance the customer journey through meaningful interactions, leaving customers feeling positive and valued.

* Performance Enhancement: Achieve personal and store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by driving sales and meeting performance goals.
* Solution Efficiency: Provide personalized solutions for customers with general mobile or network‑related enquiries, ensuring prompt resolution.
