Duties
* Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages in accordance with company standards and food safety regulations
* Assist with food presentation and ensure dishes meet quality standards before serving
* Support the serving team by delivering orders promptly and courteously to guests
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety protocols
* Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while providing friendly service
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery
* Follow all food safety procedures, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices
* Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
Experience
* Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
* Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is advantageous
* Familiarity with food safety standards and procedures is preferred
* Basic maths skills are necessary for handling transactions and portion control
* Experience in serving or hospitality roles will be beneficial in delivering excellent customer service
* Ability to manage time efficiently during peak hours and multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
* Culinary experience or background in food preparation will be considered an asset
