Duties: Partner with the AVP of Cloud Platform Services and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of initiatives within budget. Contribute to the direction and vision for the platform, adoption, design, implementation, and oversight of the identity systems strategy and ensure secure and compliant access to organizational resources. Advise and collaborate with the wider organization, partnering with stakeholders. Oversee daily operations related to identity systems ensuring they run efficiently and identify areas of improvements across the broader team providing actionable insights. Manage and inspire a global team of OKTA professionals, coaching and mentoring the team to develop the teams culture, continually improve the team's contributions to the organization, including hiring and performance reviews. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of identity projects, expanding a culture that stimulates innovation and rewards proactive problem solving. Evolve the global team using standard methodologies, optimizing processes, and drive team synchronicity, engagement and effectiveness. Identify areas of improvement across the broader team by providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Communicate initiatives and progress against plans. Telecommuting is permitted. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field plus 5 years of related experience. Requires 5 years of experience in the following: - Modern Identity Systems; - OKTA, AzureAD, or EntraID - Authentication protocols SAML, OAuth, OIDC; - Any of the following Adaptive MultiFactor: SMS, OTP, or Push; - Agile environment supporting multiple software engineering and IT teams.
