Role & Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage construction projects through RIBA Stage 4, including drawings, specifications and liaison with consultants and Building Control
* Provide technical support and leadership to two architectural technicians
* Oversee project progress, reporting regularly to management on actions and outcomes
* Ensure design and technical information is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time
* Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the process
Required Skills & Experience
* Qualified Senior Architectural Technologist with proven experience in construction stages
* Strong technical knowledge and ability to resolve complex design details
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft 365 including Teams and SharePoint
* Strong organisational and communication skills with experience managing others
* Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a small team environment
