We are seeking a Scheduler to join our dynamic team in the UK. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient scheduling processes that align with our commitment to safety and quality. As a Scheduler, you will play an integral part in supporting our operations across various sectors.

Responsibilities

* Coordinate and manage scheduling for the engineering team.
* Ensure accurate documentation of schedules and client information.
* Collaborate with clients and engineers to optimize scheduling efficiency.
* Maintain communication with clients regarding their appointments.
* Review documentation for accuracy and compliance with standards.
* Assist in administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
* Utilize scheduling software effectively to manage appointments.
* Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in job scheduling or related field.
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
* Experience in customer service is required.
* Knowledge of documentation review processes is a plus.
