What You’ll Be Doing
Designing and delivering a future-focused workforce plan
Creating and embedding skills mapping and internal mobility frameworks
Leading talent acquisition strategy and operations with end-to-end oversight
Driving learning needs analysis, upskilling and capability development
Supporting business units with succession planning, leadership pathways and development
Partnering with global functions to scale talent as the business expands internationally
