The Advisory Consulting team is a small, but rapidly growing team in Bristol and London that supports businesses in a range of situations, from companies experiencing underperformance, to successful businesses looking to further optimise and grow. As an Associate Director in the Advisory Consulting team, you will be responsible for working with corporate clients, private equity investors and lenders on a variety of projects covering business turnaround to value creation. You will lead engagements and work collaboratively with other S&W teams such as Tax, Restructuring, Transaction services and Corporate Finance. As Advisory Consulting Associate Director, your responsibilities will include among others Lead complex client engagements across business turnaround and transformation situations, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of project outputs Be ready to dive into project delivery and bring a ‘get things done’ attitude Own and nurture client relationships at senior stakeholder levels, acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor during critical business situations. Shape and manage projects / workstreams including end-to-end engagement economics (from scoping to invoicing) Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing coaching, performance feedback and ensuring professional development in line with firm values Drive new business opportunities for the team – through building internal network, external contacts and existing clients Support proposition development by shaping new service offerings Promote a culture of continuous learning across the team
