A Typical Week
* Development and ownership of a client’s Social Value framework, at a regional or project level, setting priorities and actions.
* Undertake local needs analyses to understand the challenges communities face and how best to address these through project delivery.
* Co-create bespoke social value plans for projects.
* Work with Project Directors and the wider team to ensure they understand the social value commitments and that there is budget available to deliver them.
* Work collaboratively with our Clients and partners, to provide expert social value advice to help them deliver their objectives and optimise benefits.
* Deliver, measure and report on social value against client KPIs.
* Advocacy for Social Value within a wider supply chain through communication and dissemination activities.
* Contributing to the growth of the wider Monitoring and Evaluation capability team to support delivery against its ambitions.
Qualifications and Experience
* A passion for evidence‑informed decision‑making, championing the role for robust Social Value evidence.
* Experience evaluating and measuring Social Value data.
* Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills (e.g. statistical, economic or social research).
* Experience articulating qualitative and quantitative impact stories through case studies.
* Expertise in fostering successful collaborations and communicating insights to a wide range of audiences, fostering engagement and buy‑in.
* Proven track record of working collaboratively and enthusiastically in a multi‑partner environment, multi‑tasking as required to meet the needs of the programme.
