This generalist role contributes to driving performance and aligning people practices with business goals.nWorking closely with specialist HR teams, the role leads and supports projects including organisational change and transformation. It’s ideal for someone proactive and collaborative, with strong communication and planning skills, eager to grow their HR expertise in a dynamic, people-focused environment.nWe’re also committed to professional development—support towards CIPD qualification is included, helping to build capability for future career progression.What will I be doing?nSupport the HR Business Partner team in delivering key HR projects and people initiatives across the business.nPartner with centres of excellence to advise on reward, organisation design, employee relations, talent, change, engagement, TUPE, and development.nInfluence adoption of HR best practices and guide effective people management aligned with business goals.nUse your technical skills to analyse HR data and provide insights that shape strategy and decision-making.nDeliver core HR activities including performance, talent, succession, pay, absence, and engagement cycles.nAssist with organisational design and change management to support business transformation.nContribute to plans that reduce attrition, enhance engagement, and strengthen employee relations and retention.nWork with HR colleagues to evolve policies and processes in line with business needs and best practice.nWhat do I need?Capability, Knowledge and Experience:nnProven experience in HR, ideally in a generalist capacity.nA track record of leading or contributing to successful HR projects and people initiatives.nStrong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.nComfortable working with data and management information (MI), with a keen eye for detail.nSolid understanding of HR best practices and confidence in advising managers.nPractical knowledge of employment law and its application in real-world scenarios.nBroad exposure to core HR areas such as recruitment, talent management, employee relations, reward, and operations.nAdaptable and resilient, with experience navigating complex HR challenges.nA genuine interest in growing within HR, with aspirations to progress into an HR Business Partner role.nExperience of working within in a large matrix organisation.nnEducation and Qualifications:nnA professional CIPD qualification is advantageous but not essential.
